Glutes exercises
The glutes are the strongest muscle group you own, and hip extension — thrusts, bridges, deadlifts, lunges — is how you train them like it. If your knees or lower back complain when you train legs, weak glutes are a usual suspect: they're supposed to be doing the work something else is absorbing.
