Consumer Health Data Privacy
This policy covers health data specifically — a separate promise from our general privacy policy, because health data deserves its own rules. Version 2026-08-16.1.
The short version
Today, Skol & Hati collects no consumer health data. No lab values, no sleep records, no body measurements are stored on our servers. The tools on this site that touch health-adjacent numbers run entirely in your browser — nothing is transmitted to us.
What counts as consumer health data
Information that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health status — lab and biomarker results, sleep records, body weight, and similar measurements. This is the definition used by Washington’s My Health My Data Act and Nevada’s SB 370, and it’s the definition we design against.
What we would collect, and only with consent
We are building toward optional features that would, if you choose to use them, store biomarker panels, sleep, or body-weight entries. If and when those features exist:
— Nothing is stored without your explicit, recorded consent naming exactly what you’re sharing, when you agreed, and which version of this policy you agreed under.
— Every record carries a retention date and is deleted past it.
— Health data lives in a separately walled part of our database with its own access rules.
— No analytics, advertising, or tracking code of any kind runs on pages that display your health data. Not ours, not anyone else’s. This is enforced by automated tests in our codebase, not by policy alone.
— We never sell health data, never share it for advertising, and never disclose it except as required by law.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent, ask what we hold, and have it deleted — by emailing info@skolandhati.com. We confirm deletions in writing. Residents of Washington, Nevada, Connecticut, and other states with consumer-health-data laws have specific statutory rights; we honor the strictest interpretation for everyone rather than geo-detecting who gets which rights.
Changes
This policy is versioned. If we change what we collect or how, the version number changes, and any consent you’ve given references the version you actually saw — a new version never silently expands old consent.
