Terms of Service

The Plain English Version

You pay us for a service. We provide that service honestly and reliably. You own your data. We don't do anything shady with it. If either of us wants to stop, we can. Here are the details.

The Service

Skol & Hati builds a Marketing Brain for small businesses — a structured, executable knowledge layer specific to your business. The brain captures your voice, audience, brand kit, forbidden patterns, playbooks, and performance memory. AI agents use the brain to draft campaigns, content, ads, emails, and other marketing work on your behalf. The service is provided “as is” — we work hard to make it great, but we can't guarantee specific marketing outcomes.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
One account per person or business. Don't share accounts.
You must be 18 or older to use the service.

Billing and Cancellation

The free tier (Marketing Brain readiness check) is free. No credit card required.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your subscription ends at the current billing period.
30-day refund: If you paid and regret it within 30 days of your first payment, email support@skolandhati.com and we'll refund you, no questions asked. After 30 days, we don't refund partial months, but if something went wrong, reach out — we're reasonable.
Account deletion: You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone. Deletion cancels the subscription, removes all your data, and emails a confirmation receipt.
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep their current rate for 12 months after any change.

Your Data and Your Brain

You own your brain. Your business information, brand kit, skills, memory, conversations, and deliverables belong to you.
You grant us a license to store and process your data solely to provide the service.
You can export your brain (skills as agentskills.io files; brand kit + deliverables as PDF/Markdown) at any time, including after cancellation.
We don't use your data to train AI models or share it with third parties (except Anthropic's API for the agent loop and OpenAI's API for embeddings — neither trains on API inputs).
Aggregate-data inclusion is opt-in by default for the free tier and opt-out by default for paid tiers. See our privacy policy for details.

AI-Generated Content

The brain drafts marketing content (ad copy, campaign briefs, content plans, email sequences, etc.) using AI grounded in your specific business knowledge. This content is generated for your use and you own it. However:

AI-generated content should be reviewed before use. We don't guarantee it's perfect — that's what the approval gate is for.
You're responsible for ensuring the content complies with advertising regulations in your industry and jurisdiction.
Don't use the service to generate misleading, illegal, or harmful content.

Acceptable Use

Don't use Skol & Hati to:

Generate spam, misleading ads, or deceptive marketing
Impersonate other businesses or individuals
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to access other users' data
Reverse-engineer or scrape the service

Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but can't guarantee 100% availability. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates. We'll try to give notice for planned downtime.

Limitation of Liability

We provide marketing tools and AI-generated recommendations. We don't guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, or marketing outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
